Reclaimed pine dining furniture is made from solid pine by hand. Pine is applied in a constructed jig to follow the parquet pattern. Once the pieces are in place, the multi-step color finishing is applied in a series of seven steps, once complete the water-based topcoat is applied and allowed to dry.
Iron legs are assembled and the pieces are then carefully checked for any small production defects that may have occurred in the manufacturing process. Once the QC is passed each piece is disassembled and packed for export.
